Hey guys,

Ive made a 5 litre (1 gallon) batch of sugar wine, but ive completely forgotten my inital gravity for the must.

I thought it was 1.040, but now im thinking it could have been 1.060 considering I used a kg of sugar to 4 litres of water.

As a guess, which figure would you say its closer to?
