0.25 lbs Pale Chocolate Malt
0.65 lbs Table Sugar
0.45 oz Galena hops (60 min)
1.00 oz East Kent Goldings (15 min)
1.60 oz East Kent Goldings (2 min)
Wyeast 1318 London Ale III @68 F
Was thinking of mashing at 153 F
