Hi,

Just in the middle of the brew, the initial Mash has finished and I didn't heat up the sparging water! So now I have a good 20min wait for 9L to heat up...

Is this a game over scenario or is it more just a hassle but it won't impact anything?

Ha, it actually come out really good, on point to the recipe..


My next question is that I need to dissolve 25g candy sugar on day two of fermentation... Do I just drop it in without stirring or do I give it a good mix??

Personally, I would try to add it with as little surface agitation as possible. The yeast won't have any problems finding it.
