I usually don't do a "secondary" and leave the beer in the fermenter 10-14 days, depending on what I'm making. I package the beer then.

I tend to listen to everything Yooper has to say. Trust her.
 
Listened to it at work today and really enjoyed. First podcast I’ve ever listened to and it was because of you. Nicely done.
