Wow, So I did a partial mash tonight. I bought a little extra grain because I thought I was going to get terrible terrible efficiency (like less then 60%) but low and behold I ended up according to Beercalculus.com getting 87% mash efficiency!!!!!!! Im so excited!!!

My first PM I managed to pull off something like %30 efficiency.

FYI, 4 Lbs of grain will in fact fit in a bag intended for 1-2 pounds, but it's so tight you're making one gigantic dough ball.
