Smoker bags?

Interesting. I can see where it might work for salmon or other fish,but smoking meat in an enclosed bag where it is going to steam while smoking sounds a little strange .If you have access to a porch, patio or balcony I would suggest the Oster Roaster Smoker which is only 45 dollars or so and does real smoked meat of any kind. It is really a good product for someone with limited space and the same cost as a dozen or so SAVU bags.
 
Yes. This turned out "ok". We do have a smoker I just didn't have the time to baby sit it in the cold of Pa. right now. I think the bag would be better for smaller portions of protien. This took WAAY TOOO LONG.
