Mashed in a Heady clone with marris otter, place smelled wonderful.

Second batch a Stone Ruination clone with 2 row that that stuff smells like fish market! (Compared to the nifty smell of the marris otter.)

Kinda what I am thinking. Grinding the grain it smelled ok. This is second batch on machine today, but full rinse cycle with hot water inbetween. Just that the grain smells so much sharper with a slight ocean sea salt kinda twang. I guess we'll see if I make seaweed beer instead of an IPA?
