hello all,

just recently starting brewing and i've landed upon small batch brewing (basic brewing vids) but i've coupled that with short boiling due to extract brewing. I just do greater hop additions late to up the IBU. first try 3 gal wheat beer with saaz fermented with three different yeast ( us 05, wb 5, t-58) all seem good so far just carbing up. next is same base(pale ale) with different hops( cascade, warrior, sorachi, liberty). long story short was wondering if any one has experience with this tech. if the results are good maybe next stop tripel or porter. and yes i know why all the work with measly results to show. it allows me to play with ingredients (makes me happy) and keeps brewing times short (~ 2 hours) keeps family happy:ban:)
thanks
jon
