My standard stout on rotation. Tweaked here and there depending on what I have on hand, but this I think was my favorite incarnation. Today I am brewing it but with Chinook, some C60 and biscuit. It always gets rave reviews from my drunkard friends.

10 lb - American - Pale 2-Row (62.5%)
4 lb - Flaked Barley (25%)
2 lb - American - Black Malt (12.5%)

HOPS:
1 oz - Summit, Type: Pellet, AA: 18.5, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 68.43
1 oz - Fuggles, Type: Pellet, AA: 4, Use: Boil for 30 min, IBU: 11.37
1 oz - Fuggles, Type: Pellet, AA: 4, Use: Boil for 5 min, IBU: 2.95

MASH GUIDELINES:
1) Infusion, Temp: 150 F, Time: 75 min, Amount: 22 qt
2) Sparge, Temp: 180 F, Time: 15 min, Amount: 20 qt
Starting Mash Thickness: 1.5 qt/lb
