Simpsons DRC malt

Simpsons DRC malt is new to me, Is there a substitute for this grain? My local home brew store doesn't carry it and I would like to know what I can replace it with. This is from a recipe from Byo called Pedal Haus barrel aged quad clone. Pedal Haus Brewery - Brew Your Own

It won't be exactly the same, but I think something like Briess C-120, Crisp Medium Crystal, or Fawcett Dark Crystal II ought to get you fairly close, though you might miss a little of the DRC's "roasty" flavor (debatable). So you might also want of add a very small touch of chocolate or black patent malt. I listed the C-malts in order of the likelihood of finding them. The Fawcett would probably be my first choice, but it's really hard to find in the US.

Whenever I see the words plums and raisins in a malt’s flavor description, I think of Special B

Simpsons DRC is a great dark crystal malt, I use it more and more in my darker beer. I don't find it very roasty at all.

I compared DRC and Special B side to side in two very similar recipes.
I think that they are interchangable and that Special B is better.
