Love it! I would mash at 150 but that's a question of personal taste.

Well thank you everyone ....here we go. I will post updates.

Doesn't anyone think that's a little light on the crystal? Seems like you'll get more of a blonde. Also no bittering addition? Won't it be a little out of balance? Especially if mashed high?

I don't know the answers, just seems like an unusual recipe.

There's a wide range of crystal malts used in an APA from none to double this recipe or more. I would characterize a blonde as having none or maybe some C10 for sweetness.

The recipe has lots of bittering charges. 30, 15, 5 all add some bittering. The calculated IBU is 37 which seems very in style for an APA

I no longer use a 60 minute addition in Pale's. I double up at 30 on most and love the outcome.

Pretty wort!

Obviously a little late for my input but I would have mashed higher to retain some additional body given your yeast choice. Your grain bill is very light on unfermentables so you may end up on the dry side. Obviously if you like it dry, ignore my input!

Let us know how it turns out.
