Does anyone know how I can make something like the Sierra Nevada red IPA? I love the flavors and the hop level in it. It just meshes so well together.

I am only doing extract brews right now. I'm done an oktoberfest ale and working on an imperial blonde.

Also, anyone know any more beers similar to this I could try?

You could try the Evil Twin recipe by Jamil Zainasheff. It's a Red IPA with a lot of late hop additions. They have a clone recipe at Northern Brewer - http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/jamils-evil-twin-extract-kit.html.

I did a trade for Evil Twin by Heretic Brewing(Jamil's brewery) and it was fantastic. I Haven't had SN's Red IPA though so I don't know how similar it is to Evil Twin. Red IPA might be one of my favorite IPA style/variation.
