This is a follow-up to an earlier post I made. I have narrowed down my beer education options to two options: Siebel Institute or American Brewers Guild. ABG is pretty much all online courses, but if I choose Siebel, I will prefer online courses there too. For people who are familiar with both schools, which do you think is the best choice for someone pursuing a brewing career, and what are the pros and cons of both?
