Just curious about the locals. I have seen the massive brew setup thread, I was more curious about the nm people. Ok here is mine, just finished upgrading to a 30 gallon system. Happy to answer any questions about it. Just kicked off a imperial red brew this afternoon!
This is my outdoor gravity fed setup with my hot liquor tank on top, mash tun in the middle and brew kettle on the bottom. I also have a pot of water and a pitcher refilling the hot liquor tank until I reach the correct volume. When it’s too cold in Colorado this was my indoor setup. Stove top. I have a double burner and the strobe brings 7 gallons of wort to boil in 15 minutes. Since the I have done many brew in a bag batches and started using one pot lid and brew in a bag mesh.
