Short's Brew: Golden Rule

"Short's Brew Golden Rule Ale: Organic golden ale with thorough earthy hoppiness."

Has anyone else tried this? Presently drinking one for the first time and I'm quite enjoying it. It almost reminds me of Sam Adams Noble Pils, except obviously it's an ale, and it has a little more body. Nice piney hop flavor and a subtle yet lasting bitterness.

Pretty tasty, but it seems a little one-dimensional.

It is a little bit, but then again English IPAs aren't usually known for crazy complexity. Definitely a lot of Fuggle in that beer.

interesting! I had no idea it was supposed to be an English IPA, since it merely claimed to be a "golden ale".
