Hi All,
Long story short -> pirate themed party, need beer with 7 "C" ingredients. I am thinking IPA, need 4 or 5 hops that start with the letter C and will mesh well together. The other Cs will come from the malts (carapils and one or two cyrstals)

Here is a list of C hops I can think of off the top of my head:
Cluster
Columbus
Centennial
Cascade
Chinook
Citra
Comet

I know Centenial and Cascade go nicely together. I've done cluster/columbus and cluster/columbus/chinook and have not liked either.
What would you brew?

Just buy Falconers Flight 7 C's hops. I used them with a Galaxy IPA I just made and its very good, lots of tropical hoppiness.

That would be the easy way out - and thats not why I homebrew!

JK but seriously that does look like a good option although I usually get my supplies at the LHBS not online. I would really like to know what is all in there as well.

A possibility??? Thanks for the Idea! I just might give this a whirl...
I suppose you can use 'C'orn sugar for a more traditional IPA.

We'll have to check back with results. Haven't decided the yeast yet, but it will not begin with C. Ha!
