Setting For Milling Wheat

Should I change my mill setting for doing wheat or leave it
at the same barley setting?

You could.....I think that some people run the wheat through twice instead. It would also depend what your normal setting is at.

Yeah definitely a lower setting. My LHBS runs it through with the same settings as barley, my last wheat beer efficiency was teh suck.

I set my Barley Crusher to .037 for wheat and back to the factory setting of .039 for barley.
