Hi guys,
I had a pretty nasty infection in a glass carboy about 3 weeks ago. I have since scrubbed it very well, used some really hot water on it, and starsaned the heck out of it. I am hoping this would be sufficient to make sure there wont be any lingering bacteria in there. Ive heard once you use equipment for sour beers it should only be used for such batches going forward.
Do you guys have any thoughts on this? Is there any reason i should avoid using this same carboy for a new, clean beer?
Thanks again everyone!
