Anyone have seasonal Saison Recipes?? I have been trying to follow the idea that a Saison is a farmhouse ale and that it should change with each season..
Spring= somewhat sweater and malty (Munich/Vienna & Crystal)
Summer= crisp and light (Pilsner, Lemon & Spice)
Fall= amber and fuller (Pale Malt, Pumkin)
Winter= darker and holiday spices (SpecialB, Cinnamon, Ginger, Etc)
Anyone follow the same type of seasonal change?
