Sanyo SR-4310 Kegerator coolant/electrical lines

I'm turning a used Sanyo SR-4310 into a Kegerator. I want to leave the CO2 tank outside, but I'm not sure if either side of the fridge is free of cooling or electrical lines. I do feel certain points on the sides are warm, but most areas are room temperature. I can't find the manual online.

Is there a way to find out a suitable spot to drill a hole for the CO2 line?

Not sure if it is the same set up but I ran the CO2 line through the drain hole in my Sanyo 4910...pull off the drip tray in the back, run the line up and in, restore the tray. Also ran the electrical line through this location for my computer fan tower cooler. Good luck!
