Ok...I went into the lhbs and asked for a S.N.P.A. clone...he came up with this....10 lb 2 row, 1.25 chrystal 60 L 3/4 OZ Newport hops, 60 min......1/2 oz Perle 30 min....2oz Chinook, 5 min....mash 153 1 hr, I brew in a bag so after mash , I cranked up the heat to 165 for 10 min ....stirring, pulled bag, boil 1 hr yeast, Safbrew T-58, og 1.06....fg 1.01....3 weeks 65 degrees...2 weeks 70 degrees...no 2 nd ....anyway it really does not tast too much like S.N.P.A...But it is a good beer...problem is, it is a bit sweet for my taste, soooo what can I do next time to correct this?......thankx......Tom

-Less crystal (I've seen from 0.5-1 lb per 5 gallons; I've seen 40L and 60L) - pick your poisons
-Not chinook for late additions; cascade is classic SNPA
-US05 yeast is the chico strain which is what SN uses
-Slightly lower OG mid-1050s
