Tasting Notes
clean, crisp and really refreshing
Brewed this up 3 months ago and WOW its turned out just as good as i hoped, if not better.
This is a 46 litre batch and here is the recipe.

9kg pale malt UK
2kg flaked maize
100grm Crystal 70
20grm Magnum @60mins.

This has gone down well with just about everybody who likes " lighter watery beers " except this actually has flavor lol.
Its by far the clearest beer i have made which also helps with the beer snobs who believe if its not filtered then there is,something wrong with it.

I us US-05 on this batch as it produces a really crisp profile, almost lager like.

How did you like the caramel malt in this recipe. Did the final product turn out sweet at all, or is it pretty dry still?

Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

Its still dry, maybe a slight hint of sweetness but really detecable, the crystal was only for color adjustment
