Hello,
Recipe question on a commercial brewery i ran accross. Public house brewery has a cream ale that taste awesome. Based off of the information provided from them, is it possible to figure out a clone?
I'm newer to beer brewing and I take recipes posted by others. How do you figure out your grain bill when given a recipe that's posted in percentages? Does this require brewing software or is there a quick way to figure it out w/o all the meticulous details of equipment set up and stuff. Can you just do quick math w/ using your mash effeciency?
