Hey,
I'm new to brewing. I've done three batches of beer and a mead. I've reassessed my first projects and am hoping to get on to better brewing. I'm also looking in to Siebel as I've been in the Philadelphia beer scene for years, but last year I became tired of drinking other peoples recipes. I've been on Beer Advocate for years, as well.
I don't like Philadelphia sports. I grew up out west in Leadville, Colorado. I'm very knowledgeable about beer and the history of and I'm also searching for a job within the industry.
