My wife bought me a nitrogen regulator for Christmas and from what I can tell the only difference is the tank connection. I was initially looking to do nitro for wine but then decided to do beer gas and a nitro tap for stouts instead. Do I need a nitro regulator for beer gas, or does beer gas come in a c02 tank? The regulator looks like it will work with either nitro or c02 but the fitting would need to be switched if beer gas doesn't come in a nitro tank.

Thanks.

David

Beer gas comes in a nitrogen tank and is much higher pressure. From what I found out when I added a nitro tap to my setup beer gas shouldn't be in a CO2 tank. Hook up your new regulator to a tank of beer gas and let the stout's flow:mug:
