I am Planning four different 2 gallon batches of a Red IPA so I can try a few different hop schedules.

my planned malts

2.25 lbs Maris Otter
2.25 lbs 2 row
3 oz Roasted Barley
4 oz Crystal 30

For hops I have 1 oz El Dorado, 2oz Citra, 1oz Falconers Flight, 1oz Falconers 7C's, and 2oz Cascade.

any adjustment on Malt or Hop schedule recommendation would be great.

I really want it to be the color of the 7th or 8th beer in this picture ---^

Thanks to everyone in advance

We keep roasted grains out of our Red IPA, ends up like a Irish Red with a "drying" effect in the finish. A combination of crystal malts helps us achieve a red color, I think we have 4% c-75, 2% C-120 and some Caravienna (this is more an orange color but taste great) in there. I've also used Maltoferm in a pinch to help with the color post fermentation, this was just for appearance.
