I have only done coopers kits and I would like to step it up a little. Does any one have any simple partial extract recipe that can be done with a coopers kit?
do a small mash with 250gr of medium crystal malt and 1.5kg of Maris Otter(or some extract).
Boil for 30mins and add some hops at 15,10 and 5.
Add the kit as the wort is cooling.
