Hello!

Trying a recipe I'm toying with not sure of the style. Any help appreciated!

7# pale malt (2 row) Belgium
3# white wheat
1# cara II
1# crystal 120
1# chocolate wheat
1# maltodextrin
1# lactose
1 oz magnum
Nottingham yeast

Started with a stout in mind but like the idea of less roast more toast via chocolate wheat instead of roasted barley.

I'm thinking Baltic Wheat Porter, what would you call it?

That's interesting. I have read that Baltic Porters were traditionally top fermented but switched to bottom in 1800 ish. Is the style now considered a must lager?
