Alright... so with my first homebrew, a pale ale, is fermenting away in the basement, and still a week away from bottling, I wanna get a few more brews on the go to keep me entertained.

I have a very varied pallet when it comes to beer. I like pale ales, IPAs, wheats (ok, I LOVE wheats), stouts, dunkels, bocks, ciders, etc...

The following are on my list:

1. EdWort's Apfelwein
2. Arkador's DunkelWeizen

That's it...

With my pale ale and the above 2 beers on the go... I still have 3 carboys and 1 fermenting bucket empty.

Any ideas for some good extract recipes for a newbie?

Their are plenty in the Recipe section on this site or get Classic brewing Styles which has 80 types of recipes. Cream stout and Raspberry requiem both came out really well. I am looking into the 15 minute cascade pale ale next.
