While checking on my carboy in the basement I came across an old 1 gallon glass jug that I think would make a great small fermenter. It'll need a thorough oxiclean soak and scrub along with a blowoff tube. I have some leftover ingredients from my previous 2 brews and was thinking I could make a small 1 gallon batch of something since I don't have enough for the usual 2-2.5 gallons I've made. Only thing I don't have on hand is yeast.
Here's what I have, any suggestions on a recipe? I can do partial mash and my equipment should be able to handle a small AG batch.
~1lb 10oz - Briess 2-Row Brewer's Malt
~1/2 lb Caramel/Crystal 60L
~3/4 lb Briess Chocolate Malt 6-Row
1lb Golden Light DME
Hops - at least 1/2 oz of each
Cluster - 7.9% AA
Kent Goldings - 4.5% AA
Cascade - 5.0% AA
Centennial - 9.9%
Yeast - Probably Safale US-05 or US-04
Any ideas would be appreciated.
