One of my favorite beers is AleSmith YuleSmith. I have never seen a clone recipe and thought I would give it a go. I am in the land downunder and my grain choices are limited right now to what I have in the recipe but I could get some shipped in if needed.

For those of you who have never had this beer before it is a big Imperial red at 9.5% alc and has a strong sweet malt backbone and a ton of piney hops.
Here is my attempt, let me know what you think or if you have a clone.
Thank you:mug:

Did you brew it? How did it go?

No I decided against it. I am brewing an ipa tomorrow. Maybe I will give it a go. Have you tried to clone this beer before? I can't believe nobody else has tried to clone it

I think I will play with the grains and do some subbing. I also will reduce the falconers flight. It is a great hop but not true to yulesmith. I will post back if it is anything close.
