I am looking for a clone recipe for goya malta drink. So far from what I can tell it uses either all or a certain percentage of acidified malt as well as table sugar. IBUs are low but what hops do they use?

Anyone know a clone recipe for this?

I remembered seeing this instructable awhile back... It's pretty scant on info... AND he didn't hop it, which is wrong.. it IS lightly hopped, mostly I'm sure for preservation more than anything. I would use a German hop with not a lot of flavor and only hop it around 5-10 IBUS.
Someone on Ratebeer said 5, I think it's prolly closer to 10, but it depends on where the gravity/ibu ratio fits based on the OG of the recipe.

Instructable.

FYI, Ben Franklin Never Said That About Beer.....

:p
