HI I have been searching for a blueberry wheat recipe using All Grain.

I am looking for a recipe based on Wheat and Pale 2-Row.

I am looking for a low IBU beer (less than 22).

Possibly interested in the lemony taste imparted by Sorachi Ace.

Looking for around 5% ABV.

I would be adding fresh crushed blueberries (frozen first) to the secondary.

Anyone know of a recipe out there to help me out?

4 pounds 2-row
4 pounds wheat
8 ounces CaraMunich
2 ounces of Sorachi Ace at flameout, then wait 10-15 minutes to start chilling.

I mashed at 152F but used a yeast with medium attenuation. If you don't leave a little sweetness in there, the fruit taste just come through as overly tart.

I used S-04, but I've heard several brewers complain about it's esters. I don't know if it is because I ferment at 62F or what, but I don't taste many esters at all. US-05 and Nottingham came out too dry.
