Recipe Feedback - Redcoat/Indian Red Ale

Howdy,

Was wondering if I could get some input/feedback on this recipe:

I'm aiming for a fairly big rich Indian Red Ale... with fairly balanced bitterness... and a decent bit of hop character.

I'm interested in using a bit of a variety of American and English ingredients here...

The irregular amounts are due to the fact I operate in metric measures.

Any feedback appreciated.
