Recipe critique for chocolate milk stout

Here is this chocolate milk stout recipe I came up with from reading some other recipes on here. It seems like it has a lot of adjuncts but I'm not sure. Any suggestions would be great as I have never brewed a milk stout. I used wyeast 1272 and nugget hops for bittering bc this is what I have on hand.

I did a 14 gallon boil, here is my ingredients:

To me I would not want as much Lactose as you have, flaked oats really help mouthfeel maybe the flaked barley would do the same just have not used. Roasted barley gives a coffee like nose so expect that otherwise looks great let us know how it turns out
 
Thanks. I think I'll drop the lactose to 1# and give it a whirl.
