Hello, I'm wanting to do a easy drinking less hoppy pale ale for the wife and other non-hoppy beer drinkers. This is what I've come up with. What do ya think?

looks good to me, but I would not call it "not hoppy".

If you are really looking to brew for those kind of people (like my brother for instance), you could remove the 10 min or 5 min addition.

But I prefer it the way you have it. Malt bill seems good too for an APA.

I agree. The beer looks good to me- but I LOVE hops. For a 'not hoppy' crowd, you may want to go with .5 oz at 15 minutes, and .5 oz at 5 minutes, and call it good. Even that may have a 'hoppy' note, and I would still enjoy it but it may not be as off-putting to non-APA lovers.

Thanks for the replies. I'll hopefully be brewing it this week and let ya know how it comes out.
