Re-using a 5L Commercial Mini Keg

Hi Everyone,

I have bought a 5L Old Speckled Hen mini keg thinking I could open it up and reuse it for my own brew. I have seen videos about re-using but turned out the bung now is different. does anyone know how to open this one up to reuse?

I've seen people "gently" prying the bung out in order to reuse these!

on the videos I saw, these kegs have a rubber ring which was easy to take off. this one hard plastic and no idea how to take it off 'gently' as it seems pretty solid to me.
