There is a field of spring wheat next to my house. The other night we were talking to the farmer and gave him a few bottles of homebrew. He said it is a really good crop and it is all going to be for food (not animal feed like some). He offered basically as much of the raw out of the combine wheat as we were intrested in.
How do i use it? Can someone suggest some recipes? Is it worth my time to get a hundred or so pounds of it? They are harvesting it tonite and tomorrow.
I have a bunch of hops about ready and was thinking about attempting to make a beer out of as much home grown stuff as i can, sort of my "estate" beer
