So I'm sure this has been addressed before but I figured I'd get some opinions. I'm brewing an American lager kit from ozark home brewery and I want to add a subtle raspberry flavor. I'm using Vintners raspberry puree. My question is should I put it straight into the primary right away or should I wait until fermentation kicks off. I did northern Brewers dry dock paragon with apricot puree and it called to wait until fermentation really kicked off

I brewed it today and I'm gonna dump it in the primary so I can can get that subtle flavor. I don't want it overly sweet

Cool, just make sure to pasteurize before you add, and understand that the sugars will ferment out. And most importantly let us all know how it goes. Sounds like a cool recipe.
