I am brewing 4 5-gallon batches tomorrow. (gonna be a long day) Im thinking I should start mashing now and do the boils tomorrow. Is that ok? If so should I just store the non-boiled wort in covered buckets at room temp? then just boil tomorrow as normal...

thanks!

I did 3 - 5 gallon batches and it took all day. 4 is a lot to do. Unless you have 4 burners for your kettles and another to heat up strike water. Good luck and God speed.
