So, I'm slowly planning my RIMS. I was hoping to use the domed false bottom from my cooler in a 11gallon kettle, but I'm afraid it may be too small. There is about an inch of clearance all the way around.
I just set it in my BK so you can get the picture (it obviously isn't installed)
Think it will suffice or do I need to get a bigger one?(I think since its domed it may work, but my knowledge of fluid dynamics, thus channeling, are limited to say the least)
