Questions About the Concord 100qt Kettle

Hi,

So, I'm getting one of these for Christmas (back-ordered, late delivery). I was wondering if anyone is using one for a mash tun--and, if so--what size false bottom would I need to get for it?

Bonus question: What type of outer reflective insulation should I wrap this pot in?

did you ever find a suitable false bottom for this pot? Im looking for a false bottom for a 120 qt concord pot from ebay....anybody have any info/options/opinions?
