Pure O2 and O2 flow meter

I'm looking into getting pure O2 instead of shaking my carboys. I want to be able to replicate my process and know how much O2 I was using. I found this flow meter at Norther Brewer. Has anyone used it? What are your thoughts on it?

Seems pretty simple but effective. Instructions say 30 seconds at .5 L/min for beer under 1.079 or 60 seconds if it is above.

I think I'd consider one of those. I just turn on the O2 for 1-2 minutes depending on the size of the beer. It would be nice to really know how much O2 I'm using.

I think that is what most people do. I just want to make sure I put enough O2 in and don't put too much. It is also nice to be able to repeat the process if the beer comes out really good.
