Hello,
I want to make a fall brew with Apple cider and pumpkin.
Here's want I plan to do:
41/2 gal of Musselmans apple cider (only ascorbic acid added for vitamin C)
58 oz of pure pumpkin filling (2 cans of Libby's)
1 shredded sweet potato ( to bring out the pumpkin taste)
5 TBS Yeast nutritigent
4 TBS acid blend
1 pack of cote des Blancs yeast(Red star)
1 TBS of pumpkin pie spice
My question is should I add any wine tannin?
And is 1 TBS of pumpkin pie spice going to be enough?
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
