I've got a 3 vessel, one burner, one pump rig. All is working nicely, but swapping hoses is a lot of screwing around

I'm thinking of plumbing a couple of 3-way valves into the mix. See sketch below.

Any thoughts on this kind of set-up?

It would be nice to leave the whole system fixed and just clean it at the and of the brewday by running pbw and rince water. Leaving the in/out cam locks open and the bottom drain valve open.

I run a 3 way on my BIAB rig and love it. One way it recirculates the mash, the other goes to the chiller and you can open both at once when cleaning to get both avenues in one shot. My system is all tri-clamps. It's still nice to disassemble for various maintenance items
