I couldn't adjust to either, two pairs of progressive and one pair of bifocals. The progressives have too narrow a field of vision also can't see ground without bending over, which makes work impossible. Bifocals were set up where I couldn't see distance correctly, point of focus was at line even though they moved down 2mm. Could see ground by turning head sideways which is better than bending over but not by a lot. So I guess I'll stick with my readers for another yesr.

It took me a couple weeks to get used to my progressives

Well, first I didn't want to admit I needed them. The eye Doc said, "This is your prescription. This is your proscription with bifocals."

I said, "****."

The trick is to keep your eyes looking forward and turning your head more. It took a while before I stopped noticing the bending and blurring through the transition.
