Hey Brewers.

I was yacking over a home brew with my buddy and when i was trying my best to explain priming with corn sugar he asked if corn syrup would work, Would that actually work? What kind of impact would it have?

Thanks again!

Under Construction:
Amsterduck Lager
Hindu Duck IPA

Finalized Recipes:
Yankee Duck APA
Duck of The Irish Stout

I'm sure it would, but you'd have to know what % is fermentable in order to get desired carbonation without bottle bombs. If there were unfermentables I suppose they could change the flavor of your beer, but probably not noticeably. I'll just stick with products for which others have already worked this stuff out, like regular corn sugar.
