Has anyone used apple juice concentrate to prime before bottling? If this is possible, what would be an approptiate quantity per gal of cider?
 
i used a full can last thursday on my 5 gallon batch.
i hope its not too much, it works out to about 5 ounces of sugars/can where beer is normally primed with 4 ounces of dextrose.
will be watching these bottles closley
 
Does the concentrate need to be boiled and cooled prior to being added?
