Campden tablets are getting low and I want to use the sodium Metabisulfate or the Potassium metabisulfate to do its job with chlorine / chloramine. So which is better for getting rid of chlorine / chloramine the Sodium Metabisulfate or the potassium Metabisilfate?

I suspect their neutralizing power wrt chlorine/chloramine are equivalent, so the decision comes down to what you prefer wrt residuals: potassium or sodium. Given the choice most go with the potassium as it hides better than sodium :)

Cheers!
