I am an extract brewer who wants to break into AGB. The following are the batch sizes I am interested in brewing:

5 Gallons of normal gravity beer
10 Gallons of normal gravity beer
5 Gallons of high gravity beer.

I plan on using stainless for the boil pot, mash tun and liquor tank

What size pots do I need for the Hot Liquor Tank, the Mash/Lauter Tun and the boil pot to accommodate the above three volumes.

Minimum 12 gallons MLT. Probably minimum 15 gallon boil kettle (bigger is better) and another minimum 5 gallon pot for sparge water, probably take 2 sparges at that size for a 10 gallon batch.

Most of this is due to your 10 gallons normal beer. I brew 5 gallon high-gravity batches with a 12 gallon MLT and 2x 5 gallon pots for boil/sparging, couple other random buckets to deal with stuck sparge or whatever. You'll also need a bigass burner to boil that 12 gallons of wort.
